This hotel is centrally located for exploring all that Toronto has to offer, situated in the downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Secure keycard entry to the lobby at night and to access the lifts. The room was immaculate and daily housekeeping is offered. The bathroom was elegantly designed and the shower was simply brilliant! The onsite bar and restaurant serves a great range of food and drink at reasonable prices. Easy to get to from Pearson International Airport, we used the Union Pearson Express train and subway – much cheaper than a taxi, and only takes just over 30 minutes . Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

It was a good stay. Loved the washer and dryers that was in the room. The room was also spacious and comfortable. Love it. Would of stayed another night but was booked. Good location also. Very close to dundas square less then a 5 minute walk.

Really nice hotel, our room was a nice size and the staff were very helpful and the restaurant and bar were decently priced and the food was very nice. We would definitely recommend.

Good: The bed was the best part of my stay; super comfortable. Also really liked the spacial layout of the room. Location was the second best. We had Frans 24h restaurant right next door, a mall behind, and an open til midnight Shoppers drug mart for any additional supplies and snacks to bring back to our room. Bad: There isn’t much sound proofing between the rooms if guest have small children, but I think the only drawback I felt from my stay was the one side view of my window was in direct line of sight with the tenants next door. We had to be mindful whenever the curtains were open.
