Good: Proximity to other downtown venues, restaurants etc Bad: No cold water in the room. No dressing gowns. Couldn’t get the room to be warmer. Stayed fixed at 22 degrees. The safe didn’t work properly. Couldn’t turn off the shower as mechanism was complicated

I was welcomed by very friendly staff in an excellent location. The room is spacious and tastefully furnished. Urbanites will enjoy the authentic fire escape view from some of the rooms (no sarcasm intended! urbanites will understand.) The hotel on-demand entertainment system offers wonderful throwbacks to the heights of televised entertainment. The bed is one of the best I had the honor to spend a night in. Definitely recommend! Nice location, room is great, overall pretty clean, but some area with rooms for improvement. Bed is slightly weird on size with the bed frame showing. I booked with Expedia and supposed to get thr VIP access, did not provide by the hotel. No water provided by hotel as well. Probably will go back to doubletree not too far away with much better service

Pantages is in an amazing location downtown near the Eaton Centre. Variety of food within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean with a: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, nice TV, and comfortable bed. The friendly staff can hold bags if you need to leave them and check you in early if you’re ahead of schedule.

Good: We had a great view from our high high room. Bed very comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. Bad: Unfortunately it was next to a hospital and being on the top floor meant when the air ambulances landed on their roof opposite it sounded like it was landing in our room. This happened most nights. We were out during the day so it didn’t affect us then.
