Top notch location in Downtown Toronto, so close to everything including CF Toronto Eaton Centre, St Lawrence Market, Distillery District, Hockey Hall of Fame, CN Tower. Friendly service. Good: A huge corner room overlooking the elegant Massey Hall complex. There is a walk in shower. Easy walk to the Queen subway stop and also Sankofa Square where we met our tour bus. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance as well as the Ed Mirvish theatre. We had a meal at nearby Senator one evening, retro decor but delicious food and personable staff.

This is my third time staying here. Out of an the hotels I’ve been to in Toronto, this one is my favorite. All of the staff are so so so friendly and accommodating. We were looking for a cozy family night out and are so glad we discovered Pantages Hotel’s Stages Restaurant & Lounge for their Piano Nights featuring the smooth, soulful sounds of Toronto artist Jesse Maxwell. Amazing service, our bartender were super kind and very friendly to talk to. His red wine recommendation was exceptional, we had Henry of Pelham Baco Noir, perfect pairing for the steak. Live piano, a bottle of wine, juicy steak, and a delicious peach cobbler to share—Pantages gave us a Saturday night that truly felt like a love song. 💖🎶 A special touch we loved was the books area in the lounge. We even read our toddler a bedtime story right there, which saved us the nighttime routine at home! It would be wonderful if they added a larger children’s book selection, as we only found a few titles for kids. Highly recommend for a cozy yet family-friendly evening in the heart of Toronto.

Good: The room had good facilities, including 2 wardrobes, a mini fridge and coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very big. Location was fine as well with it being central, although it was bit of a walk to get to the harbour area / CN Tower but public transport was close by as an alternative. Staff were polite and friendly and they allowed us to leave our luggage for a short while after check out too. Bad: Nothing
