Beautiful sized rooms, very clean, lovely staff. Just wish the kitchenette was properly stocked. We do a lot of traveling and many hotels have at least some basic cutlery, dishes, a few pans, soap and papertowel. Our room had a full fridge, sink, stove top, dishwasher, and microwave but nothing in the drawers. We would have had to bring a separate suitcase of kitchen items to make our dinner.

Great value. Lovely rooms. Bathroom was beautiful with marble but really could have had a corner table or some more counter space and hooks for personal use in our king room. There was ample room. Will be going back!

Apart from one minor thing which was mentioned on another review. I had asked for change of towels and the small face towel has stains on it. But that’s it. So I guess just a constructive advise to have QC on laundry. I do understand hard to do given volumes of towels. Pella was very helpful at the front desk too! Location is 5 star. Food places all around. I also checked in at 2am. They were expecting me and Fran resto was open at that time for take aways! Eaton Centre is spitting distance! So very central. Good: Upon check in, I found out the venue I was attending was not the Rogers Center…… it was the Rogers Stadium. I want to express How Grateful I am with the Desk Clerk . He gave me clear instructions on how to get to the venue.

Good: Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is very central, and the hotel has a nice gym. We paid for one breakfast in the hotel, and the choice and price were rather good. Bad: We would have liked a higher room to enjoy even better the views over the city.

I had a wonderful stay on August 28th and I want to personally mention the man from check-in, James. Not only was he kind and courteous, he also gave us an incredible upgrade and an early check-in. I am very grateful for his kindness and wanted to give him the recognition he deserves 🫶🏼

The staff was amazing, I felt like I had friends in a foreign country. Pella was working the front desk when I arrived early and got me a room right away. 10/10 recommend. I’ll stay there next time I’m in Toronto!!

Good: Great location and facilities. The front-desk staff are super friendly and very accommodating. We received a room upgrade that was wonderful, so thank ou again Pantages! Bad: Bed was comfy but a little “saddled” in the middle, but it didn’t bother our sleep.
