The front desk staff (I dealt with Paul mostly) were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and personable. They remembered me as I walked through the lobby at various points. Our check in was late because our room wasn’t quite ready yet (it happens) and I don’t think the AC was working in our room which made for a semi uncomfortable night but otherwise our stay was great.

I would definitely stay here again, hotel located in the heart of the action with so much going on around you. I wish the fitness centre was more up-to-date and less of a dungeon feeling. Stayed in: King Stay length: 2 night(s)

We had a wonderful stay at Pantages Hotel Toronto Centre. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore downtown Toronto on foot. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One thing we especially appreciated was the breakfast. Our family of four enjoyed it very much, and it was a great way to start the day. What truly stood out was the staff’s kindness during a stressful situation. We thought we had lost our rental car key and were starting to panic. The hotel staff were incredibly patient, supportive, and helpful, which helped us stay calm and figure out what to do next. Their professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. What we will remember most is not only the excellent location and comfortable stay, but also the kindness of the people who work here. Good: Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very quiet. Super friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was delicious- we had breakfast and it was so good! Ideal location just steps away from Massey hall and eaton centre. Would definitely stay again! Bad: Loved everything
