Excellent staff and location. Room very nice and clean. I gave a 4 star for overall satisfaction because washroom in my room was not working well. Was a water problem with sink and maintenance could not fix it. I was staying only 1 night so I didn’t demand to change rooms.

Clean, spacious, wonderful room. My husband and I came in for a concert at Massey Hall. You can’t get a better location! Lots of options for dining and drinks. Very lovely bartender at the hotel bar too.

Anyone who doesn’t rate this place as 5 Star’s simply has an axe to grind. Stayed here for a show across the street at Massey Hall. You can not get any closer to the venue than this hotel. It’s less than a block to Yonge and Dundas Square. Ton’s of excellent food options near by. Stone’s throw from the mall. The room is an amazing value! It’s basically a small apartment. Full bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. There’s even a washer and dryer in the unit. Very spacious, great view, and everything was new a nicely decorated. Check in service was very good. This is my new home in Toronto.
