Wife and I stayed in mid April recently. When in Toronto we usually stay uptown but this time around decided to stay downtown. Close distance to many places in and around downtown area and walking distance toToronto’s Time Square, Very nice clean room. The Guest Service Team (Paul, Pella, Honey and also Shavet from Housecleaning/Room Service) was great and courteous. And what was even better was it felt very genuine. Will definitely recommend to friends and anyone.

Clean rooms, interesting decor based on theatre. Unbeatable location, close to all public transit. Pella at the front desk was super friendly, and handles everything quickly.
