The Pantages Hotel was located in a fantastic location close to many shopping and dining options. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

The room was basic. Clean & perfectly located. They were able to provide dental kit but no slippers. I would assume a 4-star hotel would have disposable slippers. It just feels weird stepping in a hotel room with bare-feet or outside shoes. Front desk personnel were very friendly & welcoming. Stayed in: King Stay length: 1 night(s)

The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was extremely helpful. The area was perfect. We were right by the mall and the train station and it felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed one night at the hotel. I can recommend it, my room was on the last floor with a nice view. In the evening I could get a pan to make myself a tea (there’s coffee in the room but I didn’t taste it). The breakfast is good, I couldn’t use the fitness room. The hotel is really quiet and I really appreciated the very central location in the city as the possibility to leave my luggage on the next day to look around. Last but not least there is a small business room if you need to work a bit after check out. Colene at the reception was really nice and helpful. I will come again!

The Pantages is an excellent choice for anyone looking to be in the centre of the action. The rooms are spacious and clean. The gym offers excellent variety. Was served by Colene at the front desk and she has been so pleasant and helpful throughout our two nights stay here, and has been such a joy to talk to. She’s also meticulous at her work and even took the effort to remember my name. Overall a wonderful experience at Pantages Hotel. It is so convenient being next to CF Toronto Eaton Centre with many great shopping and eats.
