Good: We went to the theatre for an evening show and afterwards the walk to the hotel was less than a minute! So convenient! It must also be a wonderful place to stay for people visiting St Mikes hospital. Pella at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! Bad: It would be nice if their little restaurant was open for after theatre light bites.

Good: Proximity to the Eaton center, food options and subway stops. Room was clean and spacious, with the luxury of a kitchen. Bad: Guest services was slow when we phoned to request items. Several hours later and still didn’t show up. Bed and pillows were just ok.

Had the most lovely weekend experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond at every request I had in such a kind manner. The rooms were extremely clean and practical while being aesthetically pleasing. Cleaning staff was precise and ensured the bedding was made every day. Only inconvenient part was not having parking for the hotel itself, have to just part across the street or nearby so it was still very manageable. If you’re debating this hotel, I would say book it. I’m an extremely picky person and this place checked off everything I needed for the trip. Looking forward to staying here again.
