We stay at Pantages each and every time we visit Toronto for a music concert – several times a year since 2019… love this hotel and absolutely love the location! Paul and the rest of the staff are wonderful!

Good: The hotel provided a great experience. The check-in process was easy, very friendly and helpful staff. The security of the hotel was appreciated as you need a key card to access your floor and to get back inside the hotel after certain hours. There was entertainment at the bar with a wonderful person playing piano and lovely singing. The gentlemen serving at the bar were so kind. The room had everything you needed and then some. Location is within walking distance of the Dundas Square, lots of food places nearby.

Good: The location is top tier. It’s within walking distance to a lot of things. I traveled solo and felt safe. The room was spacious and very nice. I had a decent view. Bad: The room wasn’t the cleanest. It didn’t feel filthy, but it could have been cleaner. It was a little dusty. Also, I stayed in a suite and in the room part, there were only tiny lamps. There was hardly any light.

The security of the elevator card key, doors, etc. was excellent, and the hotel was in good condition. It was a perfect hotel because it was great to shop right behind the Eaton Center and it was also a center for sightseeing elsewhere.❤️❤️😆

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Pantages Hotel Downtown Toronto, and what really made it memorable was our interaction with Paul at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, Paul stood out with his incredibly cheerful attitude, warm smile, and genuine professionalism. It’s not often that someone at check-in leaves such a lasting impression, but Paul truly made us feel welcome and valued. Over our two-day stay, he consistently greeted us with the same positive energy every time we passed through the lobby. He was a big part of what made our experience so enjoyable. I also want to acknowledge the two ladies at the front desk—although I didn’t catch their names, they were also very polite and courteous. The room was spotless, the service was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was great. Thanks to Paul, this hotel will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we visit Toronto. Highly recommend!
