Hair left in the shower from previous guest, im bald as can be so it wasnt mine. A simple check like that can really add to a guests stay. The front staff were amazing and very accommodating and although it’s an older building, it has been renovated nicely. The doors however, do not close behind you. You have to force them closed when you leave your room otherwise somebody has easy access to look through your belongings.

My boyfriend and I had such a great experience at Pantages Hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and super accommodating they really made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t be better; it’s right in the center of everything, so you can walk pretty much anywhere you need to go. Whether you’re visiting for business or a little getaway, this hotel is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Room was clean, spacious and very quiet. Only thing I would say is the rooms are not equipped with smart TVs so you couldn’t stream Netflix, YouTube etc… Colleen at the front desk was a great help!

Very pleasant experience! location is good— close to major attractions, transportation, and convenient for exploring the area Staff were exceptionally friendly especially Colene from front desk and always ready to help, which made my stay feel very welcoming. The hotel offers good value for money, and the helpfulness of the team truly stands out.

This hotel was a nice surprise. We were staying uber the night of game 1 of the World Series so there were not a ton of options and this hotel came up with a decent price and walking distance. I guess I booked a suite and didn’t realize it but our room was huge with a kitchen, dining area, livingroom and separate bedroom and bath. Everything was nicely done. Bed was very comfortable and duvet was lively. The bathroom was all marble and very nice. There was no parking which I thought was very strange but we parked across the street and were surprised when we left it was only $25 overnight. I would stay here again.

The suite was clean and well appointed. Having a kitchen allowed for options. The only bad thing was the bathroom was at entrance and bedroom at other end of suite – was too far from bedroom

Good: We had a great stay at the hotel – room is comfy and nice, location felt excellent as the busy streets are a walk away but it felt quiet and calm still in the room. The bed is great, fittings look sharp and nice – and overall the hotel is just great. Toronto is not the most exciting place in the world but its a lovely place to just relax and enjoy the surroundings and this hotel felt exactly the same. Regarding Car park – there is the hospital car park just across the road from the hotel – but entrance on the other street. The car park was secure and price was not too bad – so if you re driving to the hotel – id recommend its use. Bad: nothing
