Great first time stay here but would go back in a heartbeat. Central to Yonge but not noisy. We had a top floor room with great views. Staff helpful and room cleaned daily. Not far from Queen subway station to connect with express service from union station to Pearson airport. Would recommend

V good hotel and I’d recommend. However they need to update their fire drill as the fire alarm went off at 4am and the information provided was v poor. We ended up out on the street with most of the guests. Didn’t even receive an apology for the interrupted nights sleep. Stayed in: Queen Suite Stay length: 2 night(s)

Good: The restaurant ambiance and food were very good, and the staff friendly and attentive. The suites were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Bad: We parked in the garage across the street, which was challenging to use.

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special thank you to Pella, who was absolutely amazing during both our check-in and check-out. She was a true ray of sunshine—warm, friendly, and welcoming. A big thank you as well to James, who made everything so easy from the booking process to arranging our transportation. His excellent service was truly appreciated. We’re also grateful to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff for always leaving our room spotless, fresh, and well stocked. Your hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
