Nice hotel and well situated. Restaurant is expensive and the food isn’t great. Drinks at the bar are mediocre at best. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well designed and recently updated. The downside was when I tried to sleep. I have dust allergies. The room appeared very clean upon arrival but when I looked under the bed in the morning, it was obvious an overlooked space.

Absolutely amazing stay — 5 stars without a doubt. We stayed at Pantages Hotel for 9 nights (out of our 14-night trip, as it was otherwise fully booked), and every moment here was fantastic. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and in a great location — but what truly sets it apart is the service. James at reception was especially lovely — always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. And then there is Paul, the manager — simply exceptional. We have never experienced service quite like this before. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He even managed to arrange a room for us for our final night when the hotel was otherwise full, which meant so much to us. On top of that, his recommendations were spot-on, and he was just an all-around wonderful person — easily one of the best we have ever met. This hotel didn’t just meet expectations — it exceeded them in every way. We will definitely be back.
