Fantastic location right next door to the Eaton center and kitty corner of Yonge street. We loved to look of the room, so retro and hip. Was a great stay at even though we where there when the Toronto storm hit and we lost power and had no running water, staff was very helpful, So we decided to walk Yonge street till things got back to normal which was a few hours. But we made the most of it. All and all if you want a great location and a great aesthetically looking room this is the place to be.

I had a lovely stay at the Pantages hotel. The moment I arrived I felt welcome, and the staff were able to get me a room earlier than expected. The room was a great size, clean and comfortable with a nice view of Toronto. Sankafa square was a short walk as was the subway. The only downside were the pillows, but I’m a bit particular about what I like. Overall I would stay here again without a second thought. Loved it!

Good: Beautiful hotel, exceptional reception staff especially Ghali and Juliette. 😊 both were very informative of the area and helped with suggestions of places to eat and see. Location was great as just off Yonge Street in downtown Toronto so close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Bad: Pillows were a bit squishy- but I am being picky now!! Nothing else to fault. 😊

Great location near the city center. Breakfast was good, with the exception of our last day where it was a buffet where eggs were rubbery and croissants undercooked. Front desk staff were very helpful when ant questions arose.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay a few weeks ago. Wonderful room! Neato view with big windows – the better to stay in and watch a terrible storm blow through. Beds very comfortable. Shout out to James and Pella at the front desk who were especially courteous and helpful. Good central location.

Good: The front desk Manager was very nice. Made the stay feel good for us Bad: It’s clean and location is ideal but if I have one thing I didn’t like it’s the pillows, they are very bulky and not that comfortable

Good: Staff was fast and helpful. Maintenance fixed the bathtub plug for me and taking a bath was very relaxing. Bad: No parking. I got a $120 ticket trying to check in.

What a nice little gem. Centrally located yet off the main streets so nights are quiet. Clean rooms, great amenities and amazing staff. Will definitely be coming here again next time I’m in Toronto.
