Good: The location is excellent, and the rooms are clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. The housekeeping staff were very attentive, professional, and polite. The same can be said about the breakfast staff and the front office team — everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Even as Europeans, we really enjoyed the American-style breakfast options, and the breakfast area itself was very pleasant. A special thank you for allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after check-out. This allowed us to make the most of our last few hours in Toronto without having to worry about our bags. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

Reasonably appointed hotel in a good location, easy access to St. Michaels hospital morning of surgery. Highly recommend for anyone coming into town who has an early check in time for surgery to avoid the stress of traffic and other issues the morning of. Worth it for the peace of mind. Staff very kind and efficient.

Good: big room, great location Bad: they forgot to clean the fridge when we got there, there was food from previous guests in it. It was also extremely expensive for one day(roughly 500 bucks)

Check-in was very easy, and the staff were very friendly. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The bathroom in the room was also large, and featured a tub. Though there was large windows, there’s not a lot of lighting in the room. Would also be nice to see a vanity mirror of sorts either in the main room or a pull out one in the bathroom. The location was great, close to subway and eaton centre. The building also felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

Good: Location was perfect. Easy to access driving / parking and the room was very quiet. The staff at the lobby bar was fantastic. He was on his own running the bar and had to get food from another floor but despite it being fairly busy he was fast and friendly with everything. Beds are quite comfortable and the shower pressure is cell dividing strength (which I like!) The hotel looks newly updated and is clean and well looked after. Having a full kitchen is a bonus, especially for a quick breakfast. Bad: Really, it is a great hotel. It’s unassuming from the outside, but don’t let that dissuade you. It’s well looked after where it counts. The kitchen is amazing, but it would be great if there were a few things like plates, cutlery, and napkins. Expect to bring all that you would use for the kitchen (except the sink!)
