First, check in with the front desk name Ghali! He was polite and helpful. He recommended places to visit and eat 🙏 when we check out with James, he was very nice and helpful. Our train was late in the afternoon and he was helping us with keeping our luggage for free 🙏 All staff were amazing!!! Next, our room was clean, bed was comfortable, clean bathroom. It really looks like in the picture! Feels like living in studio apartment with kitchen and round dining table. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Got upgraded to an extra large suite for free! Staff was incredibly nice, shoutout to the guy working the front desk January 29th around 4, he was very friendly and helped me out a lot.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the rooms are very spacious. There isn’t really a proper lobby area, but the room size definitely makes up for it. I also had a great view over the city, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I was there during a snowstorm, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout that time. The room stayed warm and comfortable, which I really appreciated given the conditions outside. I had a very pleasant stay overall—I was able to work as provided a table and also relax, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. The location is very convenient, about five minutes from the main shopping mall, so you can easily walk there or take a taxi. It’s also close to the theater, which is a nice bonus. The room was very comfortable and safe, couldn’t hear any noise from the busy downtown area. The gym is awesome and has a lot of machines and weights for a hotel gym. I enjoyed my stay!

booked the deluxe studio king city room, asked for a higher floor and received it, when entering the room and bathroom were clean and near, there were no stains or wet spots prior. It is in the heart of downtown and right beside the eaton centre, many food spots around. The price was really good for the value about 150/night. Staff were friendly and efficient, room was cleaned quick when required and towels were replaced. Gym was okay, there was a bar downstairs in the lobby. My husband and I booked a room for ourselves and another for our adult son when we had a weekend visit in Toronto. The staff at the Pantages are all extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The Pantages was an excellent location for us. Plenty of great restaurants close by to choose from. The Eatons Centre offered many shopping opportunities and was literally a two minute walk from the hotel. The PATH (also just a few minutes from the hotel) allowed us to easily, safely, and comfortably get down to Ripley’s Aquarium and the Second City Theatre. It also connects to the UP which we used to get to and from Pearson Airport. We enjoyed a breakfast at the hotel and piano music and a drink in the bar in the evening. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was the fact that the TV emitted a loud buzz when we were watching a rental movie. It was fine for cable television. We did let the front desk know about this as it also occurred on the TV in our son’s room, so it is clearly a widespread technical problem of some sort. We would recommend the Pantages for a stay in Toronto.

Great location, stunning room, incredible view! The service was exceptional, with James on the front desk going out of his way to make our stay special. We will definitely return to Pantages Hotel.
