This is our second stay with Pantages. Location is excellent being very close to the theater, across the street from the Massey Hall, one block away from Eaton Shopping center and an excellent central location to get to St. Lawrence Mkt, Chinatown, downtown, etc. Staff are exceptional starting even before our stay. Paul and Addi assisted me with trying to solve a third party reservation (error on the third party not Pantages). Third party could not resolve it. Mike at Registration further assisted us as he saw in the notes that Paul left and so kindly upgraded our room to even a better one than what my reservation was for (I booked a king room with a kitchenette and washer/dryer). He was so professional and courteous. After a long day of coming from California, I appreciated the smooth and seamless check in process and Mike’s professionalism. Our room had a full kitchen with a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, plates/utensils, coffee maker with k cups. There was a dining room that can fit at least 6 people, a living room with a sofa and loveseat, a bedroom with a changing area, and a washer and dryer! This suite is very comfortable and is highly recommended. Mike and Paul spoiled us and now the next time we stay here (and there will be a next time!!), I will consider this upgraded room!
