This is our second stay with Pantages. Location is excellent being very close to the theater, across the street from the Massey Hall, one block away from Eaton Shopping center and an excellent central location to get to St. Lawrence Mkt, Chinatown, downtown, etc. Staff are exceptional starting even before our stay. Paul and Addi assisted me with trying to solve a third party reservation (error on the third party not Pantages). Third party could not resolve it. Mike at Registration further assisted us as he saw in the notes that Paul left and so kindly upgraded our room to even a better one than what my reservation was for (I booked a king room with a kitchenette and washer/dryer). He was so professional and courteous. After a long day of coming from California, I appreciated the smooth and seamless check in process and Mike’s professionalism. Our room had a full kitchen with a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, plates/utensils, coffee maker with k cups. There was a dining room that can fit at least 6 people, a living room with a sofa and loveseat, a bedroom with a changing area, and a washer and dryer! This suite is very comfortable and is highly recommended. Mike and Paul spoiled us and now the next time we stay here (and there will be a next time!!), I will consider this upgraded room! They are ~ 5mins walk away from one of the big malls in town and also 5mins walk away from Queen station. Lots of food outlets around the area. The hotel has its own restaurant/bar for those who just want to stay indoor. Staffs are really friendly. The room that i was given was clean. They have a private bath tub and also a shower room that are separated from each other. They do subscribed to sports TV channels, was able to watch MLB world series during my stay. One bad pointer would be the heater for the room seems to be broken after i used it for a day. not sure if it was adjusted. Stayed in: King Stay length: 6 night(s)

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at The Pantage Hotel. The view was incredible, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown. Highly recommend!

Good: A really nice hotel and such a lovely room with all you needed. Plenty of places nearby too, including the Eaton Centre. Amazing staff! So polite and so professional as well as always willing to help if needed. A great location for getting around the city too as you are minutes from Queen Station. Bad: No complaints at all.
