Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The hotel was quiet, and close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the subway. My only criticism was that check in was very slow. It wasn’t just a case of them being short-staffed. I stay at hotels with reasonable frequency and check-ins are usually done in about 2, maybe 3 minutes at most. Here, I waited 3 minutes in complete silence after handing the person at the front desk my ID, while she typed things into the computer. It was about 7 minutes from stepping up to the desk before I was given my room key.

Good: We went to the theatre for an evening show and afterwards the walk to the hotel was less than a minute! So convenient! It must also be a wonderful place to stay for people visiting St Mikes hospital. Pella at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! Bad: It would be nice if their little restaurant was open for after theatre light bites.

This is a hidden gem that I would love to keep secret. Good walkable location that feels safe. Parking is not available at the hotel but options are close by. Stages restaurant is worth a visit. Front desk and restaurant staff are great.

Hotel staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful, and my room was spotless and pleasant. I appreciated that my room had a fridge and a microwave, which came in handy, and I also used the pleasant business center. The hotel is across the street from TD Music Hall, where I attended a concert. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had an issue with our first room, the door did not close properly and you could see through the room a bit, it looked like the door was just cut incorrectly. We brought it to their attention and they got us a new room right away, the only other room they had with our size bed was an upgraded room but they gave it to us with no extra cost. The room was absolutely amazing. The first room was very nice and as expected very clean, the second room the view was absolutely incredible. The staff were so helpful, the bath products were nice. If you have a chance to stay in a king room on the corner do it! The location for shopping doesn’t get any better! There was no wait for check in or check out either which was a huge bonus.
