Hotel Policy

Pantages Hotel requires a credit card to check-in. The hotel will pre-authorize the card for the room and taxes, plus an additional amount for any ancillary charges. Any outstanding amounts held on the card will be returned after check out, and your guest account settled.

Rates do not include applicable taxes and are subject to 13% harmonized sales tax and a 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax. Effective May 1, 2023, the Municipal Accommodation Tax will be increased to 6% in accordance with the City of Toronto’s Bylaw 168-2023. For more information, please click here.

Kindly note that our hotel is a 100% non-smoking property.  Preparing or smoking of any substance in a room or on private property needlessly endangers everyone in our Hotel and prevents us from delivering our goods and services to our guests.  As a result, a fee of $500 CAD will be automatically added to your folio if you smoke any substance on our property.
