The suite was clean and well appointed. Having a kitchen allowed for options. The only bad thing was the bathroom was at entrance and bedroom at other end of suite – was too far from bedroom

Good: We had a great stay at the hotel – room is comfy and nice, location felt excellent as the busy streets are a walk away but it felt quiet and calm still in the room. The bed is great, fittings look sharp and nice – and overall the hotel is just great. Toronto is not the most exciting place in the world but its a lovely place to just relax and enjoy the surroundings and this hotel felt exactly the same. Regarding Car park – there is the hospital car park just across the road from the hotel – but entrance on the other street. The car park was secure and price was not too bad – so if you re driving to the hotel – id recommend its use. Bad: nothing

Her dedication to ensuring everything was just right made a lasting impression on me. The room was impeccably maintained, and any request I had was met with professionalism and kindness. I also want to acknowledge the dining and housekeeping teams, who were consistently helpful, warm, and attentive—bringing comfort and charm to even the simplest parts of the day. Their smiles and kindness elevated the entire experience. Without a doubt, the Pantages Hotel is now at the top of my list whenever I travel to Toronto. It wasn’t just the amenities or the location that stood out—it was the people. Thank you for reminding me that at the heart of every great stay is a team of people who care.

Colene from front desk was fantastic. We needed to make a change to our reservation and she was able to accommodate. Her demeanor is friendly and inviting. The hotel itself is comfortable and laid back. I recommend.

2nd time stayin @ the pantages oct 10-13 beautiful hotel, 1 block away from eaton center off younge st. room: was clean and spacious, nothing overly fancy or complicated. exactly what you need for a weekend stay. location: cant be anymore downtown customer service: the BEST front desk service personel. her name is COLLEEN. amazing service, quick, efficient, informative. every interaction was done with a 😀 EVERY hospitality establishment should have her representing them. fully recommend this hotel and will return again. *****
