I just checked out 10:45 am today with your lovely staff (Pella) . She is very pleasant and professional. When I come down I don’t need to tell her the room # and she already knew it . I lived 3 nights #1711 Queen Suite . That was wonderful, room is decorated modernized. Bathroom is bright and clean , love the marble and golden design . I suppose for 2 nights but I extend 1 more night since I love this hotel everything so much . If you choose downtown hotel , this must be the top choice , it is in downtown but not crazy crazy , just 3 minutes from Eaton Centre . Beside the hotel got a 24 hour family restaurant. Thank you for all the staff involved , you make my stay so relaxed ( my son is in St Michael hospital ) . After visited my son , I feel this hotel is my home and found the comfort !!!!

Good: Room was an odd layout but it worked for us. We were not expecting a suite when we booked. The neighbourhood is very convenient for theatres, shopping and public transit. Bad: The restaurant service was very slow. Finding parking in the neighbourhood is difficult and expensive. Don’t take your car if you are able.

this has been a lovely experience. We are staying one nite before taking the 4 day train trip to Vancouver on the Canadian. Afterv being warmly greeted by the reception staff we were given an upgrade We walked to the St Lawrence market and had dinner in one of the restaurants near the hotel. Our room is great with lots of room and an excellent shower. Bed is comfortable and all is well. thx
