Recently stayed at Pantages Hotel during a trip to Toronto. The men at the front desk were welcoming and kind. The check in and check out process was easy and my room was ready early. The room was really spacious, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean. I had a great stay and given the location, the price was very good. The only negative was the tv was outdated and didn’t work very well, but other than that small detail, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel!

Good: We went to the theatre for an evening show and afterwards the walk to the hotel was less than a minute! So convenient! It must also be a wonderful place to stay for people visiting St Mikes hospital. Pella at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! Bad: It would be nice if their little restaurant was open for after theatre light bites.

Good: Proximity to the Eaton center, food options and subway stops. Room was clean and spacious, with the luxury of a kitchen. Bad: Guest services was slow when we phoned to request items. Several hours later and still didn’t show up. Bed and pillows were just ok.
