Found Pantages to be an amazing hotel with super staff. I had a mild crisis checking in and they young lady helping me was patient and professional. I was super exhausted and when I opened my room door, I was in awe. The room was super clean the bathroom was big and the window is were clean making the city view picturesque. Hot tea was there and coffee pods. The staff took very good care of me and made sure I had tea the next day. The Eaton Centre is literally 2 blocks away.
